There have been a couple of minor changes to the MONTHLY ATTENDANCE REPORTS page.

1.  The reports will now go to the newly elected Statistician, Rev. Dan Plemmons. 

2.  You will no longer need to figure your monthly averages - I will do it for you.  All I will need from each church is for your designated person to fill in the blanks below, then hit "Submit."  I will do the rest.  Thank you!

3.   The DEADLINE for turning in your reports will be on the Friday following the last Sunday of the month.

When you hit "SUBMIT" your report will go directly to our Attendance Statistician, Rev. Dan Plemmons (Via E-mail)
